Can I return the product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind (unused product, in its original packaging).
Used products are not refundable.

How do I make a return?
Send an email to contact@platypool.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the error is ours or the product is defective.

Yes. Platypool is practical, ultra-light and can be operated with just one finger , effortlessly.

Simply throw it on the water and pull it along the pool while walking. It floats and picks up everything in its path.

To get it out you pull on the rope, shake it in a corner to remove the debris and let it dry.
