These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of Poolacces and its customers in connection with the online sale of Platypool products via the website. They apply to all orders placed on the website.
The products sold are Platypool brand pool surface cleaning devices. They are lightweight, buoyant, and designed for optimal efficiency. Essential documentation for their use, including assembly, operating, and maintenance instructions, is included in the product packaging and available on the website www.platypool.com .
Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation is sent by email. Poolacces reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.
The prices displayed on the website are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Payment is due in full at the time of order and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other secure payment method accepted on the website.
Products are shipped from our logistics center in Colmar. Orders placed before noon are processed the same day and shipped the next day. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days via DPD.

Home delivery with acknowledgment of receipt
The customer must check the quantity, condition, and references of the products upon delivery in the presence of the carrier. Any discrepancies must be noted on the delivery slip and confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier within three business days, with a copy to Poolacces.
In the event of an apparent defect or proven non-conformity, Poolacces will offer to replace the product or issue a credit note.
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. The return must be made in perfect condition and in its original packaging to the following address: ESAT Tournesol, 35 rue Denis Papin, 68000 Colmar, France . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error by Poolacces.
The products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance.
Poolacces reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud.
If a payment is disputed after delivery and the customer has received the product , Poolacces will provide proof of shipment and delivery (including the electronic signature) to the payment organizations.
If a customer claims not to have received the product when proof of delivery exists , Poolacces will consider this an attempt at fraud and may initiate proceedings for fraud (Article 313-1 of the Penal Code).
In the event of fraudulent payment with a stolen card , the law stipulates that the cardholder's bank must reimburse them. Poolacces will then take action against the carrier or initiate the necessary procedures to recover the product or obtain compensation.
Poolacces cannot be held responsible for delays or impediments due to force majeure (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.).
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the location of Poolacces' registered office.
